Undertake professional assessments, interventions, and safeguarding measures in line with statutory requirements.
Work collaboratively with health professionals, carers, and community services to promote independence and wellbeing.
Keep accurate case records, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, policies, and best practice standards.
Essential Requirements:
Degree/Masters in Social Work and current SWE registration.
2+ years of post-qualification experience in Adult Services or Complex Needs.
Strong knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and relevant UK legislation.
Right to work in the UK.
