This is a vital role that ensures accurate financial processing and contributes to the effective financial management of our educational communities.What’s In It for You?Competitive salary aligned with your experience and responsibilitiesGenerous holiday allowance and flexible working arrangementsProfessional development through accredited training and mentoringComprehensive benefits including pension scheme, wellbeing support, and employee assistance programmeMeaningful work that directly supports educational transformation across the regionCareer progression within a growing and respected national organisationYou’ll work closely with the Regional Finance Manager and team to:Process purchase requisitions and invoices, ensuring compliance with budget approvals and delegation schemesMaintain accurate records of expenditure, income, and VAT coding across purchase and sales ledgersPrepare BACs payment runs and manage supplier statements and queriesSupport bank account transactions, including dinner money, trips, and payment requestsAssist with petty cash, credit card returns, and prepayment trackingPost journals and recode payroll expenses to ensure proper VAT recoveryLiaise with academy-based staff to ensure timely and accurate financial dataWhat We’re Looking For
