The Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Chef to join our acclaimed kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to contribute to a world-class menu, working with the finest ingredients and cutting-edge techniques. As a Senior Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes while supporting the Head Chef in driving culinary innovation and maintaining our Michelin-star standards.


Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and execute high-quality dishes to Michelin-star standards, ensuring consistency and creativity.
-Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine innovative menu items.
-Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and quality control.
-Mentor and train junior chefs, fostering a positive and professional kitchen environment.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
-Contribute to stock management, ingredient sourcing, and cost control.


Who We’re Looking For

-Proven experience as a Senior Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or equivalent high-end dining environment.
-Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creativity and precision.
-Strong leadership abilities and experience mentoring kitchen staff.
-In-depth knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques, with a focus on quality and presentation.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen while maintaining composure and standards.
-A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
