Licensed Engineer (CAA/EASA B1/B2) (220jc) – St Athan - £75 – 85k + Benefits

What You’ll Do
• Deliver scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft in line with Part 145 procedures
• Supervise and mentor engineering teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant work
• Ensure all maintenance documentation is accurate and completed in line with regulatory and company standards
• Liaise with management regarding progress, manpower, and operational requirements
• Maintain high engineering standards, workplace cleanliness, and safety, including FOD prevention and risk management
• Assist in driving continuous improvement across engineering operations
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork
Who they are looking for:
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering leadership
• EASA B1/B2 Licence (A330 with GE CF6, PW4000 & RR Trent 700 and/or A320 with CFM56 & IAE V2500 or B737 with CFM56)
• Recent, relevant hands-on experience (minimum six months in the last 24 months)
• Strong understanding of inspection procedures and engineering best practices
• Ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of line maintenance and quality processes
• Excellent communicator with leadership and mentoring skills
Desirable
• B1 and B2 licence holder
• Engine Ground Run (EGR) trained
• Experience on additional aircraft types (e.g., B777, A340)
