• Supports staff wellbeing and continuous professional growth
• Has the vision to develop and maintain an ambitious, broad curriculum for all
• Communicates effectively with pupils, staff, governors, parents, and the wider community
• Sustains and strengthens the school’s Christian distinctiveness
• Has completed NPQH or other relevant/equivalent leadership training, or is willing to do so

Brinkworth Earl Danby’s CE Primary School, nestled in the beautiful Dauntsey Vale of North Wiltshire, is a vibrant, inclusive school with a strong Christian foundation. We are a two-site school: our Upper School in Brinkworth houses KS2, while Reception and KS1 are located at our Lower School in Dauntsey, just two miles apart.
Our mission is to provide a secure, happy, and stimulating environment in which every child is valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
