What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager, with a track record of achieving good or outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of early years curriculum, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the nursery, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with Ofsted requirements.
  • Support and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Maintain and improve nursery standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
