What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager, with a track record of achieving good or outstanding Ofsted ratings.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of early years curriculum, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the nursery, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with Ofsted requirements.
- Support and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain and improve nursery standards, driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
