A welcoming primary school in Greater Manchester is looking for a confident Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. The role will involve supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2, delivering both 1:1 and small group phonics interventions using the Read Write Inc programme.

This position is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who has strong literacy knowledge and is passionate about helping children develop early reading and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering 1:1 and small group phonics sessions using Read Write Inc strategies

Supporting the class teacher with planning and delivering targeted interventions

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - essential

Previous experience delivering Read Write Inc phonics (1:1 and group)
