As a Paid Media Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Optimise paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including audience targeting, ad creation, bidding strategies, and budgeting
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to meet KPIs and ROI goals
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns
• Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and expanding into new social channels
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
• Ideally 4+ years experience managing paid social media campaigns for B2B/B2C brands
• Proficiency in social advertising platforms (Meta & Google Ads)
• Experience with successful PPC, paid social campaigns and managing budgets
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance analysis
• Experience with tracking tools, pixels, & conversion tracking (e.g. GA4 & Meta Pixel)
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
In return, the successful Paid Media Manager will receive a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus excellent company benefits and perks including:
