Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote IC Training’s courses and services.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid advertising platforms.
• Create engaging content (blogs, social posts, newsletters, videos) to build brand awareness and attract learners.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build partnerships with local organisations, schools, and community groups to expand reach.
• Manage the company’s website and ensure content is up to date and SEO-optimised.
• Coordinate events, open days, and community engagement initiatives to promote our training programmes.
• Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing with business goals

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably in education, training, or a related sector).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email automation, analytics).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design campaigns that engage and convert.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local Ilford community and training/education sector is a plus.
