Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Executive to join our central support team and help drive sales and brand exposure across the Kew Green Hotels portfolio.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that maximise visibility, engagement, and revenue, supporting both our hotels and the wider business.
This role is part of a team and is based at our Holiday Inn Rotherham Sheffield (S60 2XL).
About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for implementing our annual marketing strategy across multiple channels, ensuring hotels are equipped with the tools, content and campaigns they need to succeed. From social media and email marketing to website content, PPC and design briefs, you’ll lead projects from concept through to delivery, measuring results along the way.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the annual marketing calendar and rolling out seasonal promotions across the portfolio.
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content, responding to messages, and increasing exposure to drive revenue.
- Producing high-quality, locally relevant content including images, video, website copy, PPC ads and targeted email campaigns.
- Managing and auditing websites to optimise user experience and generate leads.
- Working with third-party suppliers to design and produce on-brand collateral.
- Supporting individual hotels with on-site marketing needs and campaigns.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue and Operations to ensure joined-up activity.
- Attending brand meetings and external forums to represent Kew Green.
You’re creative and commercially minded, with a passion for delivering results through engaging campaigns. Confident in exploring new ideas, you bring strong digital marketing skills and the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in website, social media, and email marketing (SEO/PPC knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with confidence to influence stakeholders.
- A flair for content creation and attention to detail across all assets.
- High levels of numeracy and IT literacy (Adobe Suite, CRM systems, MS Office/365, Canva).
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the hotel sector (desirable, not essential).
