Summary
Position overview
EPI-USE Labs is seeking an Administrator to support our Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity
to join a highly successful boutique software consultancy and play a pivotal role in a period of continued
growth within the United Kingdom and Northern Europe regions of EPI-USE Labs.

Responsibilities
▪ Working closely with the Operations Manager to assist the team with projects and ad-hoc
administration
▪ Assist with recruitment tasks
▪ Provide assistance to new employees going through our onboarding process
▪ Overseeing day-to-day office functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
▪ Providing administrative support to staff and management, including handling correspondence,
preparing documents, and scheduling meetings
▪ Supporting the organisation and execution of company events, including staff meetings, team-building
activities
Experience and skills required
▪ Highly experienced in administration
▪ Systems experience, especially Excel
▪ Strong interpersonal relationship-building and executive communication skills
▪ Able to multitask
▪ Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
▪ Ability to build and maintain relationships internally
▪ Excellent understanding of workspaces
▪ A team player, able to continually provide feedback
▪ Passionate, and self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative.
▪ Eager and keen for continued self-development.
The following would be an advantage:
▪ HTML
▪ English plus one additional European language
▪ HR experience
