Summary

Your new company
This organisation, based in Altrincham, is seeking a temporary administrator to join their team on a long-term temp basis. Initially, the role will be part-time 3 days a week and then can increase to full-time.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the team with ordering materials and managing supplier communications
• Compiling lists and documents to assist the manager with project planning
• Helping to arrange and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
• Ensuring all documents are saved correctly and consistently
• Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in an administration role
• Ideally from a construction, building services, or electrical background
• Confident using MS Office, especially Excel
• A team player with strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
