Join Us as Our Education Partnerships Development Manager!
Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and workforce development in the sport and physical activity sector? We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven professional to lead the charge in growing and nurturing our network of training provider partners.

In this exciting role, you'll:

Drive partnership growth by expanding our network and embedding CIMSPA’s services across training providers.
Build and strengthen relationships, ensuring our partners feel supported, engaged, and inspired.
Lead on retention and engagement, helping partners thrive while proactively identifying new opportunities to increase our collective impact.
Champion excellence and best practice across the sector, positioning CIMSPA as the leading voice in education and workforce development.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

Managing and growing relationships with education/training providers.
Ensuring partners are engaged, supported, and aligned with CIMSPA standards.
Strengthening long-term partnerships to boost retention and satisfaction.
Recruiting new education partners.
Identifying and converting commercial opportunities.
Supporting campaigns to drive engagement and uptake.
Promoting CIMSPA products and services to partners.
Gathering insights to shape relevant offerings.
Representing provider needs internally.
Ensuring smooth delivery of partnership commitments.
Contributing to partnership and commercial strategy.
Monitoring performance and market trends.
Representing CIMSPA at sector events and forums.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

Closing date: Monday 29th September 2025 at 9am.
Interviews to be held: in Loughborough on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th October 2025.
