Summary
Are you passionate about great coffee, warm hospitality, and making a real impact in your local community? We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Café Manager to lead our small team and grow the café within the community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Lead, train, and support team members
• Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer care
• Drive sales and support community events
• Prepare and serve food and drinks with pride and consistency
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a café or hospitality setting, ideally in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A calm, can-do attitude with a love for coffee, food, and people
• Good level of kitchen experience and food knowledge.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable or willingness to complete)
• Someone who is organised whilst working well under pressure.

• £27,000 pro rata for 30–32 hours/week
• Overtime available for evening and community events
