We are seeking to appoint an innovative and highly effective Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion who will lead, develop and manage an excellent standard of provision for learners with SEND, ensuring that attainment and achievement are high and that SEND students make accelerated and sustained progress.

  • has the ability to work positively with children, parents and other stakeholders;
  • is committed to inclusion and to providing exciting learning opportunities for children of all abilities;
  • has already, or has the willingness to gain, the NPQ SENDCO qualification.
