Summary

We have a vacancy for an experienced, proficient and reliable person to join our team of ICT Field Support Officers providing support across Calderdale Council

The main duties of the role are to provide ICT Infrastructure, hardware and software support to all ICT Service customers throughout Calderdale MBC.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Attending client sites and performing technical support for reported issues.
• Provide a fault determination and fixing service.
• Liaising with customers and 3rd party suppliers.
• Installation and configuration of software and hardware to meet client requirements.
• Working to meet deadlines as defined by our SLA agreements.
• Working in schools in and around Calderdale.

A major technology provider certification or recent experience in a similar ole is highly desirable for this post, along with a full driving licence, and access to a vehicle.
