Summary

We're looking for a People Analytics Team Manager to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden.



Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1 Day per week

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 7.5 hour day between 8am and 5.30pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As a People Analytics Team Manager, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services team, supporting them in delivering accurate, actionable insights that drive data-led decision-making across Kier.

Your day to day will include:

-Leading and mentoring a team of People Analytics Specialists

-Managing reporting operations and maintaining the reporting calendar

-Delivering dashboards, reports, and visualisations to senior stakeholders

-Collaborating with HR, IT, and business units to ensure data accuracy and relevance

-Driving continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of self-service reporting tools

This role of People Analytics Team Manager is great for you if:

-You have experience in people analytics, HR reporting, and business intelligence

-You're confident using Power BI, DAX, Azure, and advanced Excel

-You're a strong communicator and leader with excellent data storytelling skills

-You understand HR metrics, compliance, and data governance
