Summary
We are recruiting a Sales Support Administrator / Sales Co-ordinator to work in our offices in Falkirk. This permanent role is ideal for someone who feels they would excel in order processing, order management or sales administration within an engineering environment.
This is an administration role where you will support our Sales team helping to progress our customer orders efficiently.
DUTIES:
* Carrying out reviews of sales orders, arranging handover meetings with our Sales, Administration, and our Technical teams.
* Updating / amending any variation to customer orders online and ensuring commercial diligence is applied to all orders.
* Monitoring progress of orders through our business.
* Liaison with customers, and our production teams to monitor production output performance versus customer expectation.
* Providing regular customer progress updates and reports.
* Liaising with our Credit Control team on status of order/s following completion
REQUIREMENTS:
* You must be IT literate, with knowledge proficiency in Microsoft Office and be confident using a variety of internal computer software packages.
* You’ll have a natural ability to manage multiple priorities, switching between different tasks quickly, whilst maintaining a high level of organisation.
* A process-driven approach, ensuring extensive levels of accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
* Excellent communication skills – with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and internal colleagues.
Please note this is an office based role working at our site on Middlefield Industrial Estate in Falkirk. As such we can only consider applicants who can commit to a full-time role at this location at the following times, Mon - Thurs 09:00-17:00 / Fri 09:00-16:00.
