This is more than a recruitment role - it's about building meaningful relationships, supporting educators in their careers, and ensuring schools get the skilled professionals they need.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates who are passionate about working in education
- Conducting pre-screens and interviews (in person or via MS Teams)
- Writing eye-catching adverts to attract top talent
- Building relationships with colleges and universities to connect with future educators
- Checking documentation and supporting compliance checks to ensure all staff are fully cleared
- Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in education recruitment/resourcing (or similar)
- A solid understanding of education, especially SEND
- Strong compliance knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and online tools
- Organised, self-motivated, and driven
- A positive team player with a "can-do" attitude
