Summary
As the DefHRS Data Lead you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and smooth transition of our HR data into our new Oracle Fusion application landscape.
Working as part of a broader People Data Migration team and with an external delivery partner, you will be responsible for the shaping and execution of a plan that mobilises several mission-critical activities including data cleansing, attribute validation, and the subsequent migration of HR data from legacy systems to our new digital platform.
Collaborating closely with a varied mix of both military and civilian stakeholders, the DefHRS Data Lead works with a ‘one defence’ mindset and is committed to accelerating the People function transformational roadmap to become both digitally driven and ‘conflict ready’.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale strategic initiative and shape the future HR services across Defence.
