Your New Job

Hays Education is working in partnership with a well-respected independent school in Stockport to recruit a Science Teacher to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time temporary role, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent for the right candidate who aligns with the school's values and teaching approach. You will be responsible for teaching KS3 and KS4 Science, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The role includes planning, assessment, and contributing to the wider school community. What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
  • Ability to differentiate for students with SEND
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Passion for science and the ability to inspire learners
