Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of cleaning teams to ensure high standards are met.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to optimize efficiency.
Manage and train cleaning staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
