Summary

Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Dundee House, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Requirements

You will have Degree/Diploma – Energy Management /Facilities Management /Building Services or equivalent and/or relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

You will efficiently and effectively manage the Council's Carbon Management Plan in relation to property. This will include benchmarking of property energy costs, cost in use analysis and monitoring, and delivery of best value for energy costs and service contracts across the corporate portfolio. In addition, the postholder will participate in the management and development of the Corporate GVA system in relation to both the foregoing areas of responsibility.

The Individual

You will have experience and knowledge of energy and water efficiency, current regulations and best practice. Procurement, invoicing and budget experience along with problem solving skills, the ability to produce reports with experience and knowledge of building management systems and general building services is essential.

You will have working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Office 365, teams, Word, Excel and experience of energy and water metering, monitoring and reporting, good written and verbal communication skills, be capable of working under pressure and willing to adapt and willing to undertake training.
