Summary

As a Clinical Services Manager, at our luxury care and nursing home in Hendon, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional, person-centred care for our residents, supporting them to live safe, fulfilled lives.
You’ll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
- Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
- Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
- Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.
- Current NMC registration (essential).
- Proven leadership in a care or nursing environment.
- Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A compassionate, motivating leadership style.
