Job title: Therapies Service Manager Salary:up to £76,266/annum Location:20 Devonshire Place, London NW1 Job type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 The role We are currently looking to recruit a Therapies Service Manager; who will work across the four pillars of clinical practice and provide service delivery, people leadership, strategic and operational management across The London Clinic, for the following services: occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech & language therapies and talking therapies About us Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest private hospitals, with eight state-of-the-art facilities in the heart of London's medical community around Harley Street. Key duties Service delivery and improvement, quality assurance (across the domains of safety, experience and outcomes), people leadership, strategic and operational management across the organisation for the below services, Talking Therapies Speech and Language Therapies Physiotherapies Occupational Therapies Skills & experience Essential Extensive Experince as a Senior Clinician Experience leading/ multiple clinical areas Service Development and review experience Qualifications Diploma/degree in relevant speciality Leadership and Management qualification HCPC Registration Post Grad Study Membership of relevant professional body Skills Demonstrate an extensive Knowledge of clinical Sub-speciality Demonstrate involevement and understanding of the audit process Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders Organise and respond efficiently to complex imformation Please see job description attached for full description of duties.
