What you'll be doing
- Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional service to clients and members
- Driving performance and accountability, ensuring processes, compliance and quality standards are consistently met
- Challenging existing ways of working and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Supporting and mentoring individuals to reach their potential through coaching and tailored development
- Building strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Ensuring risk and compliance processes are embedded and maintained across the team
