Summary

McGinley Support Services are looking for a Safety Critical Defect Team based in Birmingham

Job Title: Defect Team - P-Way Supervisors (ES, COSS, Handback)
Location: Birmingham (West Midlands)
Job Type: Contract, Immediate Start
Hours: 42 hours per week. Monday to Thursday nights, Saturday 10 hours

We are looking for an experienced Defect Team to join ongoing rail projects in Birmingham. This is an immediate start opportunity for skilled Permanent Way (P-Way) Supervisors with safety-critical competencies.

Requirements:

  • 4 x P-Way Supervisors required

  • Must hold valid ES (Engineering Supervisor), COSS (Controller of Site Safety), and Handback competencies

  • Previous experience in defect team or rail maintenance work

  • Must live within 1-1.5 hours' commute of Birmingham
