As a Care Package Line Item Officer, your primary duty is to ensure the accurate and robust recording of care packages for customers in their homes or residential settings through our customised database.

As a member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with other service providers to ensure that all necessary information is carefully collected, and any required adjustments are promptly implemented. This precision guarantees that care packages are not only accurate but also efficiently closed when necessary.

Efficient data administration is critical to maintaining operational excellence. We seek individuals with strong analytical and communication skills, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to navigate policies and processes effectively.
