The Role - STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant

As a STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support in Maths, Science, Computing, and Engineering
• Help students with exam preparation and stretch high achievers aiming for top grades
• Work closely with expert subject teachers and gain first-hand classroom experience
• Develop confidence, leadership skills, and teaching techniques
• Explore teacher training pathways for 2026

About You - STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant

• A recent STEM graduate (2:1 or above) – Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• A strong communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly
Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about supporting young people
• Ideally some experience in tutoring, mentoring, or youth engagement (desirable, not essential)
