Clayesmore School is seeking an exceptional Marketing and Admissions Manager to lead our marketing strategy and admissions journey, shaping the future of our thriving community.

As Marketing and Admissions Manager at Clayesmore School, you will:
• Drive our marketing strategy across digital, print, PR, and events.
• Lead the full admissions journey — from first enquiry to enrolment.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert.
• Champion our brand across the school and beyond, enhancing visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with leadership, staff, and agencies to ensure best-in-class execution.

This is a hands-on and strategic role that requires creativity, strong project management, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with and guided by the marketing team at Inspired Learning Group this is a fantastic opportunity for collaboration and excellence.

We’re looking for a Marketing and Admissions Manager who has:
• Proven experience in marketing and admissions (ideally 5+ years in education or a similar sector).
• Strong digital marketing expertise (paid media, CRM, content, analytics).
• A track record of leading successful campaigns and managing budgets.
• Exceptional communication skills — confident, persuasive, and collaborative.
• A genuine passion for education and the ability to think like our families.

A marketing qualification and experience within the independent school sector are desirable for this role.
