Your new role
As a hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst, you'll lead multiple concurrent FX-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. You'll manage cross-functional teams, navigate internal governance, and drive operational improvements. The role involves coordination across global offices and maintaining continuity across live and upcoming initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven project management experience in financial services, ideally within FX
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with trading platforms and digital execution tools
- Experience in business process analysis and governance
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and enforcing delivery timelines
- Proficiency in project tracking tools; exposure to Murex and eFX platforms is a plus
