Summary

The Job! The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for providing full administrative and clerical support for the Supply Chain team. The administrator will require flexibility, accuracy and the ability work with data and reports. The role will be part of the Supply Chain Team reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and will play a key role in all aspects of the Supply Chain function.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Be proficient at operating Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Experience of Supply Chain or Logistics
• Work effectively and methodically towards deadlines and competently work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organisational, communication and administration skills, with good attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Raising and seeking sign off approval for Purchase Orders in line with Supply Chain requirements
• Monitor factory scheduling in line with Purchase Order date requirements
• Ensure full documentation is received for incoming shipments. Update internal Supply Chain systems accordingly
• Accurate booking in of stock with correct pricing and liaising with the Finance Department on stock receipt documentation
• Administration and control of stock requests from internal customers, for samples, IQC requirements etc
• Administration of Supply Chain requests
• Updating SAP system with supplier OOR (open order report) updates, to ensure the latest information available is shown on SAP system
• Checking of incoming supplier invoices for accuracy prior to Management sign off
• Consolidation of monthly batch number reporting for internal customers
