About the Role
We are seeking a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who present with communication and language difficulties. The role will involve delivering targeted interventions, supporting classroom engagement, and working alongside the SENCO and external Speech and Language Therapists to implement personalised strategies. This position would suit someone with a background in speech and language therapy, psychology, or a related field, who is passionate about helping children build confidence and communication skills.
