Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School of Professional and Community Learning, CIPD teaching team.

We are looking for a well-qualified professional to teach the Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. Ideally you should be educated to post-graduate level to enable you to potentially teach up to Level 7. You must have substantial HR industry experience and a desire to pass this knowledge and experience on to our CIPD students. You will need to be confident in the delivery and assessment of the core and specialist modules included in these qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work flexibly to ensure the progress and achievement of learners.

This is an hourly paid position, working approx. 4 hours a week with a start date of October 2025.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 14th September 2025. We intend to hold interviews on Tuesday 23rd September 2025.
