Summary

Fixed-term opportunity to cover maternity leave – join us as an Employee Engagement Adviser and help shape a culture of engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across the University.

Lead the coordination and delivery of the University’s employee engagement agenda, including action plans, staff surveys, and recognition initiatives. Support the implementation of strategic HR projects and contribute to external accreditations such as Investors in People. Facilitate employee voice through focus groups, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance engagement and satisfaction. Promote and maintain HR communications, including intranet content and updates on wellbeing, development, and EDI. Provide expert guidance on staff development, reward and benefits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engagement-related policies and practices.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
