You will have proven experience in administrative roles within client/stakeholder- focused environments, with expertise in managing student record systems and handling confidential information. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail are essential, along with the ability to meet multiple deadlines effectively. You will also demonstrate and model professional behaviours, setting high standards for collaboration and service excellence. Knowledge of Tribal SITS or similar student record systems and experience working in higher education, especially within programme or student support functions would be desirable.
