VISITOR SERVICES ASSISTANT PART TIME (2 POSTS)

The University of Liverpool is seeking a pro-active and welcoming Visitor Services Assistant to join our vibrant Libraries, Museums & Galleries team.
You will:
• Be visible and provide excellent customer service to all visitors of museums and galleries
• Work within a fast-paced, front-facing team carrying out all front-of-house duties
• Actively engage and interact with visitors and colleagues
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience of working flexibly within a visitor focussed environment
• Thrives by working within a close-knit team
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys being physically active within a working day
This is a fantastic opportunity to:
• Be part of a dynamic team within a prestigious university
• Work in an accredited visitor attraction within a beautiful Grade II listed building
• Contribute to our front-facing services whilst working alongside our art and heritage collections
Working hours: Part time, 14 hours per week, Monday & Tuesday or Thursday – Saturday, times to be agreed with evening work required
You should have a minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent qualification, at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics.
