Our Client is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Manager to support delivery of the Families First in Greenwich Social Care reforms. The successful candidate will bring strong project management skills, ideally with experience in HR and change management, to align project outcomes with corporate HR processes and workforce planning.
This is a pivotal role within the Families First Programme Team, reporting directly to the Transformation Lead, with responsibility for managing workforce restructure processes that support service transformation.
Responsibilities:
Project Management



Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.


Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communication strategies.


Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and provide updates to senior leadership.


HR Collaboration



Partner with Corporate HR to support programme activities including workforce planning, staff engagement, and change management.


Ensure HR compliance and embed best practice across programme activities.


Stakeholder Engagement



Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.


Translate complex project requirements into clear, actionable plans.


Continuous Improvement



Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation.


Lead post-project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions.




Essentials:


Proven experience in project management, ideally within HR or organisational change projects.

Project Manager (Prince 2 or equivalent)

Excellent organisational and communication skills.


Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.


Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment.
