Summary
Your roles and responsibilities :
-You support the rollout and maintenance of the relevant processes and tools necessary for effective portfolio management tracking and reporting
-You provide cover to the wider portfolio management team on a range of governance activities such as benefits management and risks
-You collate and report statistical information for key all staff events
-You lead pipeline planning and demand management governance activities, such as triaging new ideas into the front door process, maintaining demand dashboards, preparing content for the Gate Zero group, chasing actions and updating work notes through effective stakeholder management
-You maintain a pipeline plan of new demand alongside existing portfolio change activities.
-You review, monitor and update PPM information, tools and templates housed on the DID Governance Hub
-You manage the governance team mailbox and lead on any actions that need to be undertaken
