Leader to help shape its future.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring it’s clean, safe, and customer-ready.
* Leading and motivating the front-of-house team during busy service periods.
* Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues professionally.
* Assisting with staff onboarding, training, and shift coordination.
* Promoting menu items and upselling to boost sales.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Essential:
* Experience in hospitality or customer service.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Organised, reliable, and confident managing shift duties.
* Basic knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene.
Desirable:
* Supervisory experience in a bar, restaurant, or café.
* Level 2 Food Hygiene and First Aid at Work certificates.
* Experience with EPOS systems and stock/cash handling.
* Ambition to grow into future management roles.
