We’re now looking for a passionate and people-focused Bar Supervisor / Team Leader to join our hospitality team. If you thrive in
fast-paced environments and want to help shape the service experience in one of Exmouth’s most exciting venues, this could be your
next step.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Leading shifts and supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations
* Motivating, mentoring, and guiding team members to deliver excellent customer service
* Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
* Assisting with training, rotas, stock control, and cash handling
* Acting as the go-to person for customer queries and resolving minor issues confidently
* Supporting the Unit Manager with compliance, service standards, and team development
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Hospitality or customer service experience
* Strong leadership skills and confidence to supervise a team
* Calm, organised, and positive attitude in a busy setting
* Flexible approach – able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
* A team player who’s passionate about great service and making people feel welcome
DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL):
* Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* First Aid at Work qualification
* Familiarity with till systems and bar/café operations
