Ocean Exmouth is evolving! Our venue now features three distinct food and beverage units—The Engine Room (Sports Bar), The Deck
(evolving formal restaurant), and a versatile Function Space for events. It’s a high-energy, forward-thinking environment, and
we’re looking for a talented chef to join our growing kitchen team.


CHEF ROLE OVERVIEW

* Prepare and present dishes to high standards across all outlets
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation
* Ensure food safety and stock control
* Support and guide junior team members


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Previous experience in a professional kitchen (1 year preferred)
* BTEC/NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality/Professional Cookery or willingness to achieve
* Basic food hygiene knowledge
* Flexible, reliable, and a team player

Desirable: Level 2 Food Safety, First Aid at Work
