Summary
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Business Studies Teacher to join a thriving secondary school/sixth form. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders through engaging and dynamic teaching. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Business Studies Teacher:
Plan and deliver outstanding Business Studies lessons across KS4–KS5.
Deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ understanding of enterprise, finance, marketing, and global business.
Monitor progress, provide feedback, and set high expectations for all learners.
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities such as enterprise clubs or competitions.
Prepare students for GCSE, A-Level and/or vocational qualifications (e.g. BTEC).
Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and academic achievement.
Ideal Business Studies Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject.
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Business Studies.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Business Studies Teacher.
Ability to motivate, challenge, and support students of all abilities.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
