As an Employer Support Officer, you will be maintaining accurate pension database records. From managing data to supporting and communicating with the Fund's employer, you’ll be ensuring accuracy in monthly i-Connect portal data. Based on the received data, you will also process member records for new starters and leavers.
We seek an individual with exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, experience handling large data volumes, and a collaborative team spirit.
If you possess a proven track record in administrative roles within finance, pensions, or payroll settings, and have a strong desire to enhance your skills and delve into the details of the Local Government Pension Scheme, we encourage you to apply!
In the interview, you will be expected to complete a practical test. This test will include the following:
the GCSC level math questions to assess the level of attention to details and accuracy skills of the applicants,
candidates will be provided a scenario of writing a letter to a member.
