Summary
This role is based within the Frontline Services area of the IT Services Department. It is a customer-facing role that enables the professional, effective and efficient delivery of our IT Customer Support Service, through supporting the University’s user community (comprising of students, staff and guests), handling telephone, electronic/ online and face-to-face enquiries.
The primary location for this role is USW Treforest Campus based in Pontypridd but may involve working from another campus on occasion. This is a full-time, permanent post (37 working hours per week).

If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
