Job Summary

Duties

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the service area.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement innovative solutions within the department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a service environment is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures with a keen eye for detail.
- Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable to assist in troubleshooting and guiding staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
