In this role, you’ll support and coach our Service Managers to ensure services are safe, effective, and person-centred. You’ll help shape how we deliver support, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure we meet regulatory standards while staying true to our values.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting service managers to deliver high-quality, co-produced services.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. Ofsted, CQC, housing regulator).
• Enabling teams to manage budgets effectively and maintain smooth service delivery.
• Building strong relationships with commissioners, partners, and colleagues.
• Encouraging continuous improvement and thoughtful innovation.

Who We’re Looking For

• Knowledgeable in safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.
• A practical problem-solver with sound financial oversight skills.
• A clear communicator who builds trust and collaboration.
• Someone who shares our commitment to inclusive, values-led support.

Why Join Us?

We believe when people feel supported and valued, they thrive. Here’s what you’ll enjoy as part of our team:

• Flexible and hybrid working to suit your lifestyle.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days with service.
• Tailored learning and development opportunities.
• 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, including counselling and GP access.
• Employer pension contributions to support your future.
• Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption benefits.
• Exclusive discounts for care workers.
• Employee Networks including People of Colour, LGBT+, Mental Health and Accessibility.
• Health and wellbeing initiatives, including Cycle to Work and Corporate Health Plan.

We are proud to be an inclusive, anti-racist organisation where everyone can thrive by being their true self. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and lived experiences.
