Package: Competitive salary (based on experience) + Company Car + Non-Contractual Bonus Structure

? Candidates must be based within Yorkshire as the role involves regular on-site travel across the region.

We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Manager to oversee our instore café operations across Yorkshire. Partnering with ASDA, you’ll be responsible for leading multiple café teams, managing key client relationships, and driving both service excellence and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Unit Managers to deliver exceptional food services.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring full contract compliance and exceeding expectations.

  • Maintain high quality, brand, and safety standards across all sites.

  • Monitor and support your teams, recognising training needs and nurturing potential.

  • Manage labour and controllable costs effectively, with a clear commercial focus.

  • Drive profitability and ensure financial and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience as an Area / Regional Manager within catering, food services, or hospitality.

  • Strong track record in multi-site operations with full P&L responsibility.

  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build long-lasting partnerships.

  • Commercially minded, results-driven, and experienced in working within brand guidelines.

  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.

  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines.
