Job Description
We are looking to recruit a PA to support our employer to live independently in her own home.
Your support will be required with personal care, on the days our employer is not feeling well enough, she may struggle to complete these tasks independently.
A calm and compassionate approach to supporting our employer will be needed. There is a young child in the home so an enhanced DBS check will be needed to support in this role.
Support with prompts for medication and reminders to take these will be needed.
There will be a large element of domestic tasks in this role, this can include but is not limited too Support with meal preparation, including batch cooking.
Support with Laundry, tidying, cleaning and washing up. Support with shopping, including food delivery orders and unpacking this.
This role will also require you too support with social activities, inclusive of but not limited too being a companion and support with going out in the community, helping to maintain relations with family and friends, shopping for pleasure, and support with going out for a walk.
Your support may be required to access services in the community, help with making and attending hospital appointments and help and support with mobility in the home and in the community. Being flexible across the week as previously agreed at a date and time that suits us both.

About Me
I am looking for a PA for 8 hours a week to support me to access the community, maintain my home and support with general household tasks. I have a young son with additional needs, he is due to attend a specialist school in September.
I enjoy cooking and baking and hope this is something we can share a mutual interest in together.
I also enjoy arts and crafts and do this lots in my own time as a way to relax and unwind.
